There are neighboring homes but we've never experienced an issue with noise or lack of privacy; neither have our guests. The street is a hard-packed dirt road that is groomed and no problem for cars or even motorcycles. Some guests mention the neighborhood being a little more rural than they first expected but still nothing that would keep them from staying again. The home does not back up to the highway and is not on a thru street so guests should not worry about traffic or road noise. Check Maps and Street View for a close look. Since the home is off Highway 69, it makes it extremely quick and easy to get in and out of as you explore Prescott and the adjacent areas. There are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and movie theaters literally 5 minutes away. You can be at one of 6 small lakes in 10-15 minutes. Downtown Prescott and world famous Whiskey Row are only a 15 minute drive! The Log Cabin at Lynx Creek Farm is a large property on a ridge just 8.7 miles or 20 minutes from downtown Prescott. This four bedroom/four bath property sleeps 14 guests. There are four master bedrooms each with king beds and private full baths. Three of the master bedrooms come with a hot tub out on the deck. These 4-man hot tubs can be used all year long providing relaxing, soaking outside pleasure while gazing at the stars or easing sore muscles. The beds have romantic twinkle lights that can be dimmed to create just the ambiance you are looking for. The two upper level rooms have fire-view wood burning stoves to add heat and romance on chilly winter evenings. The extra daybeds are located in the living rooms next to the kitchens. The Log Cabin at Lynx Creek Farm is a large property on a ridge just 8.7 miles or 20 minutes from downtown Prescott. This four bedroom/four bath property sleeps 14 guests. There are four master bedrooms each with king beds and private full baths. Three of the master bedrooms come with a hot tub out on the deck. These 4-man hot tubs can be used all year long providing relaxing, soaking outside pleasure while gazing at the stars or easing sore muscles. The beds have romantic twinkle lights that can be dimmed to create just the ambiance you are looking for. The two upper level rooms have fire-view wood burning stoves to add heat and romance on chilly winter evenings. The extra daybeds are located in the living rooms next to the kitchens.
